We started our business in the midst
of the pandemic and it has
been a wild ride ever since!

Our Cheesecake is made French Style
and is a lighter consistency
than traditional NY Style.
Our classic menu began with a half dozen flavors
and we now have 60+ rotating flavors
The only thing we make is Cheesecake which allows
us to focus solely on using quality ingredients
and offering exceptional customer service!

When we're not making cheesecake, we enjoy spending time with our family and our 4 legged family.
We have two dogs, and they keep us laughing with their antics. Gus is 4 and Huxley is 2.
We enjoy traveling and experiencing new places and cultures. We love meeting people from all over the world that visit our shop each week.
